In a sauce pan over medium heat, combine all ingredients, stir till well incorporated. Add more Blue Monkey Coconut Milk if the sauce is too thick. After incorporated and heated through, pour over cooked rice noodles and mix to coat the noodles. Enjoy!

- 2 cups of Blue Monkey Organic Coconut Milk Beverage⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 tsp. Ground Turmeric ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Add ingredients to a saucepan, whisk together and bring to a simmer. After 5 minutes pour into a mug and enjoy!
Add all ingredients except brandy to the blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a saucepan and gently heat, whisking constantly until it reaches a simmer and thickens. Remove from heat, let cool for 30 minutes, and add in brandy. Blend with an immersion blender. Pour into a jug and place into the fridge to chill for a few hours until completely cold. Stir or shake before serving. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
