Recipe serves 1-2 people:
- ¼ cup of Blue Monkey Organic Coconut Milk
- ½ cup of smooth or crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. sriracha
- Green onion and peanuts for garnish
**Can be served with chicken or rice noodles!
In a sauce pan over medium heat, combine all ingredients, stir till well incorporated. Add more Blue Monkey Coconut Milk if the sauce is too thick. After incorporated and heated through, pour over cooked rice noodles and mix to coat the noodles. Enjoy!
